The Head of Supply Chain, Operations and Distribution 12-month FTC will create an end-to-end supply chain that is compliant, scalable and within cost parameters In the role, the Head of Supply Chain, Operations and Distribution 12-month FTC will create all processes and systems and will ensure these are integrated into the wider business Developing the end-to-end strategy this will include Distribution model design Warehouse strategy and set up Fulfillment strategy Systems, processes and compliance Commercial & Cost framework Ideal candidate: You will have a breadth of supply chain, operations and distribution gained from the consumer sector. Ideally you will have been classically trained with a large organization but will have also had experience gained from a scale up/start up SME. It is essential that you can demonstrate a proven track of designing and developing the end-to-end operation across all functions. For the Head of Supply Chain, Operations and Distribution 12-month FTC it is essential that you have fantastic stakeholder engagement skills and have a proven track record of project management You will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where there is a clear goal and objectives Having excellent communication skills, you will be highly personable and be able to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
