Location: UK (Bristol ideal)
Job Requirements
* 1-2 years of financial/data analysis experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and/or an equivalent degree.
* Working knowledge of accounting including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and tax.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with MassData, PivotTables, V-Lookups and other Excel functions as required.
* Proficiency with NetSuite and/or other ERP financial system.
* Effective communication (oral and written), presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
* High level of professionalism with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and you love to learn and contribute within a fun team environment.
* Excellent interpersonal, planning, organisation, and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
Job Responsibilities
* Partner with projects teams to create accurate and updated project information into ERP financial system (NetSuite). Provide guidance and support to project teams on financial processes.
* Work on client team specific project reporting and analysis for trends and anomalies.
* Provide support to Financial Business Analysts.
* Manage data uploads and downloads across various financial systems.
* Support teams and projects in reaching financial goals with decision making by identifying, quantifying, and communicating financial risks and opportunities.
* Prepare project forecast reviews, incorporating historical and trending data to validate forecast for cost and revenue reporting.
* Follow and implement proper controls and act as a point of contact for any internal or external financial audits.
* Drive continuous improvement across the organisation by remaining a proponent for change.
