Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Stafford
Salary: 25000 - 28000 Full Time Permanent
Location: Stafford
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)
I'm currently working with a well-established family-run law firm in Stafford that's looking to welcome an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to their friendly team.
This firm has built its reputation on client care and a collaborative team culture. With a strong pipeline of work and a loyal client base theyre now offering a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal who is confident handling residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Conveyancing Solicitor with a busy caseload
* Progressing residential property transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
* Drafting contracts and other legal documentation
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role
* Confident handling files with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive and client-focused approach
