Randstad Education is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to support schools across Billingshurst. You will work closely with teachers to create an engaging learning environment, helping students grow academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities
x1F393; Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
x1F469; x200D; x1F3EB; Provide one:on:one and small group support to students needing extra help
x1F3EB; Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
x1F4DA; Help prepare and organize teaching materials and resources
x1F9E9; Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as required
x1F4D6; Assist with classroom management and student behaviour
x1F389; Participate in school events, activities, and parent meetings when needed
Requirements
x1F539; Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
x1F539; Patience, empathy, and a supportive approach to working with students
x1F539; Strong communication and teamwork skills
x1F539; Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (beneficial but not essential)
x1F539; Commitment to safeguarding and promoting childrens welfare
