Deputy Team Manager/Senior Practitioner in a Youth offending Team in Westmorland area
This is a full time temporary position on ongoing basis.
Responsibilities:
* Work alongside Service Improvement Leads to address key practice areas
* Collaborate with the workforce to help shift culture and practice
* Use data and lived experience feedback to drive improvements
* Partner with agencies to ensure ambition and high standards for young people
* Support colleagues and promote best practice
* Adapt to evolving needs and continuously develop your skills
Driving licence & car: Required
Working pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office + as needed for face-to-face meetings)
About you:
* No need to be a qualified social worker or have frontline SW experience, but Youth Justice experience is essential.
* Level: Senior Social Worker to Manager
* Confident working with partner agencies and influencing positive change
* Passionate about improving services for children and young people
