Band 6/7 Hydration Dietitian Opportunity in Wolverhampton – Up to £31 per hour, Full Time

We are on the lookout for an experienced Band 6 or Band 7 Hydration Dietitian to join our project aimed at enhancing hydration among care home residents in Wolverhampton. This full-time locum position will span over 3 months, offering you the chance to make a real difference in reducing falls and urinary tract infections (UTIs) among residents. What you will do:
* Conduct detailed assessments of residents’ hydration needs in care homes throughout Wolverhampton.
* Develop and implement tailored hydration care plans to improve overall health and prevent complications such as falls and UTIs.
* Collaborate with care home staff to raise awareness about the importance of hydration and provide training as necessary.
* Monitor and evaluate the progress of hydration initiatives and adjust plans according to the feedback and results.
* Maintain accurate records and report findings to the project management team for ongoing development and improvement of the program.
