Customer Service Advisor

You will need the following skills and experience:
* Fantastic communication skills both verbally and written
* Self-starting and highly motivated to do a fantastic job
* Some experience within administration, customer service or transferable skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
What you will be doing:
* Interacting with new and existing customers and suppliers to provide the best possible service via phone and email.
* Working with other departments to find the solutions to customer queries
* Providing updates on orders and available stock to resellers
* Troubleshooting and investigating solutions to a wide range of queries
* Ad hoc customer service and admin tasks
