The Role:
Ablebox are looking to recruit, an organised and enthusiastic Technical Administrator to join the expanding team and contribute to the future success of the business. This is a new role due to exceptional growth & investment in our manufacturing sites.
This role is 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, suggested 09.00-15.00
Responsibilities:
Carry out Internal Audits as required and administer internal and external QESH audit actions.
Administer Risk Assessments, Safe Working Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintain the three sites training matrices: supporting department heads in diarising retraining and retaining records.
Administer data required for EPR and Carbon Neutral Certification.
Administer Contractor control documentation.
Issue, Review and Record all Supplier Questionnaires
Complete Customer Technical Questionnaires
Deputise for the Compliance Manager in their absence.
The Candidate:
Organised and methodical, with a keen attention to detail.
A knowledge of BRCGS, ISO 9001 and Internal Auditing would be an advantage.
IOSH Managing safely would be an advantage.
