Interaction Recruitment are representing an established independent estate agency in Peterborough that is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Negotiator to join its growing team. The successful candidate will be confident communicating with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, and delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the buying and selling process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Registering buyers and matching applicants to suitable properties
2. Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
3. Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
5. Generating new business opportunities and valuations
6. Managing property listings and ensuring details are accurate and up to date
7. Progressing sales through to completion while liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders
8. Meeting individual and team sales targets
9. Providing excellent customer service at all times
Candidate Requirements
10. Previous experience within estate agency, property sales, or a customer-facing sales role preferred
11. Strong communication and negotiation skills
12. Confident, professional, and target-driven approach
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
14. Good organisational and time-management skills
15. Strong attention to detail
16. Competent using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
17. Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle preferred
