Your Role as Sous Chef As a senior leader in the kitchen, you will support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations and step up to lead the team in their absence. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing prep, service, and section management for our popular Brunch and Burger offerings, ensuring high standards of execution and presentation. Helping to train and motivate chefs. Playing a central role in delivering an efficient, collaborative, and high-performing kitchen environment. Maintaining a strong grasp of kitchen systems, cost control, and food safety.
