Were recruiting a Leisure Team Lead for a fantastic 4-star hotel, supporting the smooth running of a premium Spa, Gym and Pool department .
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced leisure leader who loves motivating a team, driving standards, and creating a welcoming environment for guests and members alike.
The Role
As Leisure Team Lead, youll play a key role in ensuring the leisure facilities run seamlessly day-to-day, while also stepping up to deputise for the Leisure Manager when required.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the daily operation of the spa, gym and pool facilities
Acting as Deputy to the Leisure Manager and assisting with daily operations management
Building strong relationships with guests and members, recommending activities and experiences
Supporting the Spa Treatments and Membership teams through upselling and cross-promotion
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure a smooth, high-end guest journey
Being the main point of contact for guest/member enquiries, handling issues confidently and professionally
Spotting opportunities to maximise sales and improve revenue across the spa
Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and cleanliness across all leisure areas
Supporting as a Pool Responder when required (no qualification needed training can be arranged)
The Ideal Candidate
Were looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a genuine passion for wellness.
Youll have:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar leisure/spa/fitness leadership role
Proven ability to manage, motivate and inspire a team
Strong background in customer service and guest experience
A genuine passion for health and fitness
Excellent communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach
Great organisational skills, strong multitasking ability and a proactive mindset
