Our Client, a National New build housing developer, is looking for a Technical Coordinator to join the team in Wakefield This role will be a part of the Regional Technical Team, with the responsibility of supporting the Regions business plan, commercial objectives and future growth requirements. Main Responsibilities: * Provide ongoing technical support to the Technical Director, Technical team and further internal departments through the construction stage. * Manage relationships with consultants to ensure information is within agreed timescales and on schedule with the programme. * Assist Managing design information, and ensure it is issued to the relevant internal and external departments, within schedule. * Control the submission of Building Regulations and appropriate applications. * Liaise with internal departments, consultants and sub-contractors as required, to ensure Building regulations and warranty approval is of satisfactory. * Provide the Sales Teams with drawing specification, information and support to ensure the team can relay appropriate information to customers. * Delegate the appointment of utilities, inclusive of designs, quotes and required agreements.
