Carry out balance sheet reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies. Assist with financial reporting requirements and contribute to audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries. Help improve financial systems and processes to meet business needs Provide support and cover for the Finance Manager as required. Operate the accounting and management information systems in line with the company and the Brand standards Promote a high level of customer service, encouraging the team to build strong relationships with colleagues in our business and external customers Be accountable for continuous professional development to maintain and improve accounting expertise for Finance team Build good relationships with manufacturers, professional bodies, suppliers, and statutory representatives What we’re looking for: Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA ideally) or qualified by experience (QBE) Commercial awareness and ability to understand the bigger picture with the Brand and the business Ability to work at pace in a rapidly changing and a customer focused environment Advance IT skills – very proficient in dealership management systems, excel and data gathering and manipulation Fosters and encourages a working environment that is built on trust and consideration of other team members We are passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive place to work, with a commitment to equality and fairness at the heart of our values and everyday practices and policies.
