RP225174 - City Visiting Service - Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) / Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)
Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership is delighted to offer the opportunity for an Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner to join the well-established City Visiting Service. This post is permanent and part-time (3 days / 28.5 hours per week).
The City Visiting Service provides urgent, unscheduled, same-day home visits for adult patients on behalf of GP Practices across the City of Aberdeen. The service operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and is based at Woodend Hospital.
The successful candidate will join a small, established team of ANPs/ACPs who currently provide this service for GP practices across the City, and will be capable of autonomously assessing, diagnosing and prescribing treatments as appropriate for a wide range of acute clinical presentations.
If you are a Registered Nurse or Paramedic Practitioner with a PgDip or MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice, with evidence of considerable consolidation/experience in delivering care at an Advanced Practice level, we would very much like to hear from you.
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence, and have access to a car for work purposes as travel throughout Aberdeen City is essential. This includes travel within LEZ areas.
