Key Responsibilities
* Product Management: Oversee NPI, manage existing product ranges, develop business models for SKUs.
* Growth Initiatives: Drive initiatives to meet market share, volume, and margin targets.
* Project Management: Engage in commercial strategies and project execution aligned with company goals.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze technical data and financial metrics to inform strategies for growth and improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
* Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
* Relevant Experience: Experience with engineered/physical products in engineering, manufacturing, or related environments.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategies.
* Leadership & Development: Experience leading and mentoring other Product Managers.
* Project & NPD Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to handle engineering data and metrics, translating them into business insights.
* Data & Financial Analysis: Skilled in analyzing performance metrics and financial data, with strong Excel skills.
