What the role involves:
Delivering thoughtful, person-centred care to young people
Acting as a key worker and contributing to care planning and reviews
Working closely with families, therapists, and the wider clinical team
Creating a safe and nurturing environment where patients feel supported
Advocating for young people, ensuring their voices are heard
Whats on offer:
Salary up to £44,000 depending on experience

What they're looking for:
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or final-year nursing student eligible for NMC registration
Someone with a genuine passion for working with young people
Experience in the inpatient mental health, or similar settings is welcome but not essential -full training and support will be provided
