Description
As a Family Childcare Solicitor your duties will include:
* Provide expert legal advice and representation in matters related to family and childcare law.
* Manage legal documents, including court applications and statements.
* Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in relevant legislation.
* Represent clients in court proceedings and liaise with other professionals.
* Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
* Offer guidance to clients on procedures and their rights.
* Maintain accurate and organised client records and case files.
Profile
A successful Family Childcare Solicitor should ideally have at least 2PQE working in childcare work. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
