We are recruiting Support Workers to join a 5-Star Residential Care Home in Rustington, West Sussex
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Support Workers, although full training is provided for those looking to develop their career in care.
About the Support Worker Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to adults with:
1. Physical Disabilities
2. Huntington’s Disease
3. Cerebral Palsy
4. Brain Injuries
Duties include:
5. Personal care and daily living support
6. Administering medication
7. Supporting mealtimes
8. Encouraging independence
9. Supporting social and community activities
You will work as part of a friendly, experienced team in a warm, homely environment.
We’re Looking For Support Worker
10. Previous care experience preferred but not essential
11. A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
12. Willingness to learn and develop within the role
