Key Responsibilities:
Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring advice aligns with company policies and best practice
Support and manage a range of employee relations cases (absence, disciplinaries, grievances, etc.)
Lead on end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience
Maintain and update HR policies, personnel records, and documentation
Deliver accurate HR metrics and reporting to support decision-making
Carry out HR administration tasks efficiently and accurately
Support compliance and audit readiness across the HR functionTo succeed in this role, you will have:
Proven experience working within a busy HR department
Confidence managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Strong employee relations knowledge with the ability to advise managers confidently
A sound understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law best practice
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
