This role is crucial to ensur e a high level of engagement with employers, learners and administration to successfully grow our apprenticeship pr ogrammes. We are therefore seeking a dedicated Engagement and Administration O fficer to join our A pprenticeship s team. The focus of our provision is values led, high quality and higher - level apprenticeships.
The successful candidate will support Employer and A pprentice e ngagement, learner compliance, communicate effectively with learners, employers and tutors, and maintain / update the Learner and Delivery Platform ( Aptem ) system .
Engagement and Communication:
* Coordinate and support employer and learner recruitment and ongoing engagement activity
* Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, employers, and tutors
* Schedule and coordinate progress reviews and meetings
* Provide timely and effective communication regarding programme updates and requirements
* Provide high quality of care and support to contribute to the retention of Learners
Funding Compliance:
* Support Learner and Employer onboarding processes
* Ensure all learner records are accurate and up to date
* Regular reporting on learner progress and compliance with programme requirements.
* Assist in the preparation and submission of Individualised Learner Records (ILR)
* Support the Programme Director with Quality Assuran ce
* Support preparation and completion of internal/external audits
Aptem System Management:
* Maintain and update learner information in the Aptem system
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system
* Generate reports and provide insights on learner progress and compliance
Administrative Support:
* Assist and coordinate the onboarding process for new learners .
* Prepare and distribute programme materials and documentation.
* Support the Apprenticeship Programme Manager with administrative tasks as needed
* Conduct compliance checks to ensure adherence to internal processes and funding rules
* Liaise with the NCA Events Team to ensure smooth and effective delivery of engagement and delivery activitie s

Person Specification:
Qualifications and Skills
Education
* Minimum A - Level s or equivalent required
* Additional qualifications in administration or a related field are a plus
Experience
* Minimum of 3 years in a customer facing role with administrative experience preferably within an educational or training environment - desirable
* Familiarity with apprenticeship programmes and compliance requirements is desirable
* Experience working in a regulated sector is essential
Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills - essential
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills - essential
* Experience with Aptem or similar learner management systems is highly desirable
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data management - essential
