Food & Beverage Waitperson

Position Scope:
To assist in the service of a high-quality food & beverage product to customers. To assist in the development of Food & Beverage products and Services across the resort. To answer guests' requests and resolve guests' problems.
* To project a pleasant, positive and professional image at all times.
* To adhere to all company policies and procedures.
* To manage cultural needs and expectations of all guests.
* To ensure a timely delivery of all guests’ orders.
* To ensure a thorough knowledge of all products both food and beverage within your department.
* Upselling and the identification of additional revenue opportunities.
* Liaise and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure a seamless transfer of information.
* Any other reasonable task requested by your manager.
Qualification Standards
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK
* Ability to communicate freely in the local language
* Open and friendly with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* A team player, contributing positively to team performance
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
* Ability to assess and meet the needs of the guest
* Previous, similar experience in 4 – 5 Star environment preferred
