The role:
As People Advisor, you'll provide pragmatic and timely HR advice to line managers across the business, ensuring best practice in line with employment law, company policies, and procedures. No two days will be the same - from handling employee relations cases, coaching line managers, and working on policy development, through to supporting redundancy consultations and TUPE activity.
You'll work closely with the People Shared Services Manager and wider HR team, ensuring that managers are empowered, HR processes are effective, and risks are proactively managed. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll also have the chance to contribute to wider business priorities and strategic HR projects, giving you great exposure for career development.
About you:
We're looking for someone who can bring:
* CIPD Level 5 (with ambition to work towards Level 7 - fully supported)
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and employment law
* Experience providing HR generalist services in a busy environment
* Confidence managing ER cases and supporting managers with pragmatic advice
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coach, guide and influence
