What You’ll Be Doing
* Building New Business
* Proactively contacting businesses via phone and face-to-face to identify recruitment opportunities.
* Sourcing and Managing Candidates
* Writing job adverts, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and building strong talent pipelines.
* Managing the Recruitment Process
* Matching candidates to roles, coordinating interviews, handling offers, and ensuring a smooth hiring journey for both parties.
* Maintaining Relationships
* Building and nurturing long-term partnerships with clients and candidates alike.
* Working to Targets
* Hitting individual and team KPIs in a fast-paced, performance-led environment.
