Purpose of the Role Reporting directly to Head of Group Treasury, this hands-on role will assist in performing weekly reconciliation of c.70 active bank accounts held across various Banks. This exciting hands on opportunity has arisen to join a growing Finance team. The role requires accurate recording of bank transactions and general oversight of bank account controls. This is a hybrid role requiring 1 or 2 days per week in our Harrogate office. What you will do This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your line manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following: Downloading bank statements and importing into Dynamics. Accurate postings, into Dynamics, of incoming receipts. Produce monthly reconciliation reports for end of month Balance Sheet Reconciliation controls. Support to and cover of sales ledger senior. Employee expense monitoring. Qualifications and Experience Experience in a treasury/reconciliation role. Fully conversant with double entry and an understanding of banking processes. Excel to intermediate level. Most crucially for any applicant is excellent organisational skills and attention to detail whilst being adaptable to changing environments and priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
