Through integrated products, systems and sustainability programs, we help our customers improve productivity, reduce operating costs and protect their brands.**Role Summary**The TASKI Robot Specialist is the technical expert and deployment leader for TASKI’s robotic cleaning solutions. This role **supports sales teams with advanced technical knowledge, trains them on robotics and leads large‐scale deployment projects**.The specialist ensures TASKI robots deliver outstanding performance, stability, and customer satisfaction from pilot stage through full deployment.**Key Responsibilities**1. Pre‐Sales Technical Support* Provide technical guidance to sales teams during customer meetings and tenders.* Perform on-site and virtual robot demonstrations.* Conduct detailed site assessments (mapping feasibility, navigation, docking locations, operational workflows).* Support ROI calculations, solution architecture, and technical elements of proposals.* Translate customer pain points into optimized robotic workflows.2. 2nd Level Technical Support (Advanced Only)* Diagnose and resolve advanced robotic issues including: + SLAM/navigation + Sensor behavior (LiDAR, bumper, ultrasonic, vision systems) + Firmware/software + Connectivity and network configuration + Docking/charging logic* Perform authorized firmware updates, system resets, and calibration.* Document findings and escalate complex issues appropriately to R&D* Conduct root-cause analysis and propose preventive measures.3. Training for Sales Teams* Deliver structured training programs to sales teams on: + TASKI robotic portfolio (features, benefits, differentiators) + How to demonstrate robots effectively + Mapping, route creation, and operational setup + Basic troubleshooting and configuration workflows* Develop internal training materials (videos, guides, best practices).* Support onboarding of new sales hires through hands-on robot training.4. Deployment Support for Major Projects & Multi‐Site Rollouts* Act as the technical lead for enterprise-scale deployments.* Create maps, routes, zones, and robotic workflows.* Validate robot performance on site (coverage, runtime, docking success, uptime).* Provide on‐site optimization during initial deployment phases.* Coordinate with project managers, distributors, facility teams, and service partners.* Ensure documentation, operational handover, and customer readiness.5. Collaboration with R&D* Act as TASKI’s operational liaison with R&D teams.* Root Cause analysis* Training Coordination for Sales / TCS and Key Customers* Request input, technical clarification, and guidance from R&D when facing advanced issues.* Share logs, performance data, and field insights to support root-cause investigations.* Request improvements, feature adjustments, or firmware enhancements when needed.* Communicate R&D recommendations back to sales, service, and deployment teams.6. Key Customer Training & Handover* Train Key customer teams on operating, maintaining, and managing TASKI robots.* Ensure customers are confident and autonomous before project sign‐off.* Provide refresher training when required.* Deliver clear documentation and best-practice guidelines.7. Documentation & Reporting* Maintain accurate reports on site surveys, deployments, incidents, and robot configurations.* Provide weekly updates to leadership on deployment progress, robot performance, and technical escalations.* Track KPIs and propose improvements to enhance fleet performance.Key Skills & QualificationsSales Support & Customer Interaction* Strong communication and presentation skills.* Ability to simplify complex robotics concepts for customers and salespeople.* Experience working with cross‐functional teams (sales, marketing, service, R&D).Personal Attributes* Hands‐on, proactive, high ownership.* Strong problem‐solving mindset and structured thinking.* Willingness to travel frequently.* Excellent documentation habits and project coordination skills.Technical* Ability to troubleshoot advanced robotics, electrical systems, and firmware.* Basic networking (Wi‐Fi, ports, firewalls) skills.* Experience with professional cleaning equipment or automation preferred.KPIs* Autonomous Solutions Sales* Autonomous Solution Margin* Training effectiveness (sales team competency improvement)At Diversey, a Solenis Company We are relentlessly pursuing our purpose to go beyond clean to take care of what’s precious.
