Excellent Pastry Chef Opportunity with busy Production Kitchen - Monday to Friday Day Shifts
A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Kingham area for a Pastry Chef to work in their high-end production kitchen. You will assist the head chef in preparing high-end desserts and pastries for wholesale, cafe, and retail customers. The hours are Monday to Friday day shifts for 9 hours on a rota basis. Occasional weekend shifts will be required at peak times and Christmas.

The Role
* Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be assisted by junior chefs.
* Preparing desserts for high-end meals in the production kitchen.
* Strong management skills required.
* Mature focus and outlook.
The Person
* You will already be a Pastry Chef.
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members.
* Have experience of working in a fresh food kitchen.
* Good attention to detail.
