Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join us at CPW, based at our Solihull office. This is a permanent full-time position working 36.25 hours per week under our agile framework.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be a vital part of the team with a high degree of autonomy. You should be well-organized, flexible, driven, and capable of managing projects and mentoring junior team members. Your key responsibilities include:
* Acting as Project Leader on selected projects
* Collaborating within larger project teams
* Attending principal meetings and presenting to clients
* Promoting technical excellence in electrical engineering within the team
* Developing into a key client contact over time
* Helping generate repeat business through excellent customer care
* Working on diverse, technically challenging projects across sectors
* Engaging with clients throughout all project stages
* Producing drawings and specifications
* Guiding others in calculations and design tasks
We seek candidates with a Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (Chartered or working towards). Candidates with HNC or HND and relevant experience will also be considered.
* Minimum of 3-4 years of design experience in building services
* Proficiency with software such as Microsoft Office, Relux/Dialux, Amtech, Revit
* Knowledge of British and European standards and regulations
* Familiarity with HTM standards is advantageous
* Professional memberships like CIBSE, IET
* Understanding of HV/LV systems and embedded generation integration
* Knowledge of renewable technologies and BREEAM standards
* Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Willingness to learn and develop professionally
