About the Role:
As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of a warm desk, managing a range of roles across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and production. You'll work closely with clients and candidates to deliver excellent service and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for temporary, permanent, and contract industrial roles
* Develop strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs
* Source, screen, and interview candidates to find the right fit
* Maintain and grow a candidate and client database
* Ensure compliance with industry and legal standards
* Meet KPIs and contribute to team goals
What You'll Need:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally within the industrial sector
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Confidence managing multiple roles and priorities
* A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
