Skills and experiences:
* To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates must be qualified to NVQ Level 3, inspection and testing 2391 or equivalent, BS5839-6, BS5839-1, BS 7671 - 18th Edition.
* Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation.
* Analyzing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills along with a customer-focused approach.
* This role involves driving on company business. Drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
