Talent Acquisition Manager - 6‑Month FTC

Hays are working with one of the UK’s leading build‑to‑rent operators, developers and investors, who are looking for an organised, detail‑driven Talent Acquisition Manager to support a peak recruitment period across corporate and ground operations functions.
You’ll manage on average 20 live roles end‑to‑end, owning the full process from sourcing to offer while maintaining the business established recruitment policies, trackers and budgets.
Alongside managing recruitment processes, you will be entrusted as improvement their TA strategy through coaching hiring managers in talent attraction, retention and nutrition.
What you’ll do:
1. Deliver hands‑on recruitment across corporate functions and ground operations
2. Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing skills and bringing in testing
3. Partner closely with stakeholders, including Business Partners
4. Maintain rigorous process discipline that adhere to business policies.
5. Use ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed and agency relationships effectively
6. Help reduce external spend and optimise sourcing tools
7. Managing expectations and building trust with senior leaders, hiring managers and cross‑functional teams.
What you’ll bring:
8. Strong stakeholder management and TA experience (ideally in property or similar)
9. Proven ability to manage high‑volume, fast‑paced recruitment
10. Process‑driven mindset with excellent organisation
11. Confidence owning and improving the recruitment journey end‑to‑end
12. Experience designing scalable recruitment strategies across functions
