Supply Desk is delighted to be partnering with a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Rickmansworth, currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis starting in September.

About the Role:
You’ll support pupils across Key Stage 1, working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide targeted academic and emotional support tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions in literacy, numeracy, and emotional development
Assist in implementing and reviewing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Support positive behaviour and engagement strategies in the classroom
Develop nurturing relationships with pupils and staff
Adapt learning materials to meet diverse learning needs
Track and report pupil progress to the class teacher
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school or classroom setting
A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
