Key Responsibilities
Interim Market Expertise
* Manage and grow a Data-focused interim desk across roles such as Data Engineers, Analysts, Scientists, Architects, and BI specialists.
* Build and maintain a strong contractor network, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.
* Provide expert guidance to clients on interim market trends, availability, pricing, and project requirements.
Client Partnership & Account Growth
* Act as a consultative partner to clients, understanding their data transformation challenges and offering tailored interim solutions.
* Work with a wide range of organisations, from high‑growth SMEs to established enterprises.
* Identify new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships across your portfolio.
Delivery & Process Management
* Manage the full interim recruitment cycle, from qualification through to placement and ongoing contractor care.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Technology division to ensure high-quality delivery and consistent service excellence.
* Create and deliver market-led talent solutions backed by data insights, sector trends, and real-time market knowledge.

About You
We’re looking for someone who brings credibility, resilience, and passion to the table.
You’ll have:
* A minimum of 4 years’ recruitment experience, ideally within Data, Technology, or Interim markets.
* A strong track record of delivering on interim assignments and managing contractor communities.
* A proactive, insight-led approach to client engagement.
* The ability to manage pace, pressure, and multiple priorities with ease.
