MKJ Ignite are delighted to be exclusively working with a Gen Z Lifestyle challenger brand who are making serious waves in their space. They are looking for an analytical CRM Manager to support the business on all things retention. The business works across both retail and online but is predominately D2C focused therefore this is a crucial hire for them to help them continue to grow.
You will be responsible for managing the customer relationship management activities, developing digital retention strategies, analysing customer data and implementing market segmentation, and overseeing related projects.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
⭐️ Candidates MUST have strong analytical skills.
⭐️ Technical CRM knowledge including tech stack Klaviyo.
⭐️ Detail Orientated
⭐️ You will be an AMAZING coordinator, working cross functionally for the good of the business.
