The Role: Sales Meets Strategy
You’ll be right at the heart of our growth, splitting your time between supporting our busy sales pipeline and managing our brand identity.
The Sales Side
* Quotes & Estimating: You’ll be part of the engine room of the sales process, writing out quotes and assisting with project estimating.
* The Follow‑up: Proactively chasing up those quotes to see how we can help our clients move forward.
* Team Support: Providing vital support to our small but busy sales team in a high‑demand sector. Learning from the team and being supported by them through your development.
The Marketing Side
* Social Media Ownership: You’ll have the keys to our social media channels with a focus on LinkedIn.
* Google AdWords: You’ll plan, execute, and analyse our campaigns to make sure we’re reaching the right people.
* International Collaboration: You’ll liaise directly with our Head Office Marketing team over in Sweden to align our local efforts with the global brand.
What We’re Looking For
We don’t expect you to be an expert yet, but an interest in both sales and marketing is a must.
* A Bit of Experience: Some previous work experience with social media or digital marketing would be a massive plus.
* Communication: You’re comfortable on the phone and have a sharp eye for detail when writing emails or quotes.
* Growth Mindset: We are looking for someone who wants to progress as the company continues to expand.
