• To provide end to end recruitment administrative and clerical support to the recruitment function, ensuring high quality, fast and safe recruitment.
The role will include high volume recruitment, responsibility for managing new vacancies, training for new starters, providing training for hiring Managers.
Including the uploading of jobs, tracking ad performance, managing candidate enquiries, monitoring of pre-employment check performance, ensuring hiring managers are up to date with candidate progression and support staff on-boarding.
• Work in directly partnership with the Recruitment Consultant to ensure hiring managers gain a great experience throughout their hiring journey.
• Provide end to end administrative support with regards to the management of the Government Client Management System (CMS) for visa’s.
• Provide end to end administrative support with regards to temporary and permanent agency solutions and management of the digital order system (MATRIX).
