Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client near Chippenham who are actively looking to recruit an Assembly Engineer on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:
* Assembly of a range of products ensuring they are built to high standards of precision and quality
* Working from technical drawings to assemble complete units
* Testing of assembled systems, identifying and rectifying faults where necessary
* Ensuring components are clean and ready for despatch
What you will need to succeed:
* Experience within a heavy engineering environment essential
* A good eye for detail and the ability to solve problems and plan ahead
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents
* Hydraulics, pneumatics and diagnostics experience beneficial
* Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with a variety of individuals
* Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Level 3 or equivalent
