Global Graduate Scheme – Ricardo Automotive & Industrial
A permanent role starting with a 2‑year accelerated development programme comprising four rotations around the business, with technical and soft skills development in a consultancy environment. The scheme is accredited with the IMechE and the IET and encourages progression to CEng/IEng.

Recruitment Criteria
We are looking to recruit graduates with a strong desire to work within our industry who have achieved a minimum of 2:1 in one of the following engineering disciplines: Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Manufacturing or Software related.
It Would Be Beneficial For Candidates To Have
* A master’s degree in an engineering or related field.
* Relevant work experience.
* Interest in a mechanical or electrical engineering hobby such as motorsport, restoration projects or Formula Student.
Next Steps
We will be scheduling face‑to‑face assessment centres in February and March. Candidates invited will meet our Engineering management team and current cohorts of graduates.
