Conveyancing Paralegal

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE + Benefits

A well-established regional law firm is looking for a proactive Conveyancing Paralegal to support its growing residential property team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with prior conveyancing experience seeking to progress within a high-performing, client-focused department.

The Role
Supporting fee earners and solicitors on a busy residential caseload, including:
1. Preparing contract packs and supporting documentation
2. Conducting searches and reviewing title documentation
3. Drafting basic legal documents and correspondence
4. Liaising with clients, agents, and lenders
5. Assisting with file progression through to completion
What We’re Looking For
1. Previous experience working in a conveyancing role (essential)
2. Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
3. Confident communicator and team player
4. Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office
