Responsibilities
* Maintain a professional customer and staff relationship
* Ensure the delivery of a professional service at all times
* Responsibility for cash handling, stock control and stock taking
* Ensure kitchen and customer areas are clean at all times
* Be responsible for the preparation and presentation of all food to the required standards
* Ensure compliance with all company administration and monitoring procedures
* Recording of food temperatures
* Delivery records
* Recording of fridge and freezer temperatures
* Food storage and labelling in accordance with guidelines
* Daily administration of bookwork including Food Safety Diaries and allergen management including Natasha\'s law
Qualifications
* Minimum Level 2 Hygiene certificate and Level 2 Food Safety certificate
* Knowledge of food production methods
* Experience in a fast paced catering or hospitality environment
* Ability to organize and prioritise daily work load
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Ability to problem solve and remain calm within a fast paced environment
Package Description
* £12.50 per hour (plus 19% NSA £2.38)
* Shift available for this role is: Nights: 18 hours working any 3 out of 7 days
