Bendi / Flexi Forklift Operative – Reading
Ongoing £13/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–17:00 (45 hours/week)
A&G Resourcing Ltd is looking for an experienced Forklift Operative to join a well-established company in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking stability and long-term growth.
The Role
You’ll support warehouse operations — handling stock, order fulfilment, and inventory accuracy. Duties include operating Bendi/Flexi forklifts, picking, packing, dispatching goods, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Accept and inspect incoming deliveries
• Pick, load, and dispatch orders efficiently
• Operate forklifts safely and effectively
• Maintain stock accuracy and records
• Adhere to health, safety, and ISO standards
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year forklift experience
• Must have Pivot Steer (Bendi/Flexi) valid licence
• Strong work ethic and team player
