We are looking for a Senior Paediatric Nurse to join a well-established rehabilitation service in Surrey, which provides specialist care for children and young people with complex health needs.
Based within one of the on-site houses, the Senior Paediatric Nurse is responsible for providing hands-on clinical care while supporting the House Manager with day-to-day team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and oversee complex care (e.g. tracheostomy, gastrostomy, ventilation)
Support clinical supervision, appraisals, and rota management
Act as a key liaison for families and external professionals
Coordinate care to ensure access to education, therapy, and activities
Maintain accurate, NMC-compliant clinical recordsRequirements:
NMC Registered Nurse (Children’s or Learning Disabilities preferred)
Experience in paediatric complex care or SEND settings
Confident in leading shifts and mentoring care teams
Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills
