London Success Academy (LSA) offers a 4-week Unpaid Work Experience Internship designed to equip aspiring UX designers and AI practitioners with cutting-edge skills in human-centered design, prompt engineering frameworks, and strategic design thinking.

💡 What You'll Do
✅ Conduct UX Research: Design and execute user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover insights.
✅ Design Strategy: Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture for web/mobile applications.
✅ Prompt Engineering: Craft, test, and optimize prompts for AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude) to enhance design workflows.
✅ Create Prototypes: Build wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
✅ AI-Assisted Design: Leverage generative AI to accelerate ideation, content creation, and design iteration.
✅ Collaborate: Work with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions.
✅ Innovate: Solve a real-world UX challenge in the finale, like redesigning a digital experience or building an AI-powered design system.
🔍 We're Looking For:
* Recent Master's graduates in HCI, Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite), basic understanding of HTML/CSS, familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
* Bonus Skills: Experience with prompt engineering, user testing platforms (UserTesting, Maze), design systems, or front-end frameworks.
* Creative problem-solvers with strong communication skills who thrive in collaborative, human-centered design environments.
