HGV Shunter Driver Position Belfast
Location: Belfast
Hours: Part-Time | 32 Hours per Week
Shift pattern: Wednesday–Saturday
Start Times: 22:00 – 06:00
Pay: £18.3034 per hour

The Role
14. Organisation of vehicles and management of the yard and assisting with any yard / trailer queries
15. Vehicles are put on door in a timely manner for loading and tipping and equipment is clean and correctly prepared for loading
16. Communicate clearly between site departments
17. Complete pre-loading checks prior to putting the trailer on a bay. Including: defects, service / MOT requirements
18. Carry out full yard checks, completing required documentation
19. Direct incoming equipment and vehicles to the correct parking / loading area(s)
20. Follow current VOR process, liaising with relevant personnel where necessary, and isolate defective equipment
What You’ll Need
21. Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with at least 18 months experience
22. Maximum 6 penalty points – no DD/DR endorsements
23. Comfortable with manual handling and multi-drop
24. Minimum of 3 CPC modules completed
