What You ll Enjoy as Our Care Assistant
* Competitive Pay: £13.65 per hour and double for bank holidays.
* Mileage Compensation: 40p per mile.
* Minimum 1-Hour Visits: Ensuring enough time to support your client in a person-centred way

Your Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant
* Providing companionship and organising days out with clients.
* Assisting with personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
* Running errands, including grocery shopping or prescription pickups.
* Supporting with medications and aiding mobility within homes.
* Handling household chores, such as cleaning and laundry.
Qualifications
* Be caring, warm-hearted and have a compassionate nature.
* Be perceptive and open to client need changes, responsive and intuitive.
* Be a great listener, observant, have a positive attitude and be passionate to help others.
* Be open to learn and gain new knowledge or grow existing skills.
* Be reliable, dependable, able to multitask, able to remain calm and keep a cool head.
* Have a full driving license & access to a vehicle so you can provide care to our clients in their own homes across our area.
* Have the Right To Work in the United Kingdom.
* Have a good grasp of the English language.
