We're looking for a self-motivated and persuasive Sales Manager, ideally with a quarrying industry background, to build on Pete's legacy (he's retiring) and drive growth of Grundon Sand & Gravel sales as the business expands. What you'll be doing as Sales Manager
The four quarries in our Southern England operating area supply sand and recycled and natural aggregates to members of the public right through to multi-national companies. As Sales Manager, based out of Beenham in Berkshire, you will manage all aspects of new and existing accounts from initial sale through to delivery and beyond, securing long-term relationships and repeat business within a competitive market. Cold-calling potential new clients, identifying new opportunities and market requirements, and monthly reports are all part of the job.
