Are you a proven leader in plant or production management looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a Plant Manager to take ownership of our site — someone who can lead with both vision and precision, ensuring our operations are safe, efficient, and future-focused.

* Problem-solving skills: You take a proactive approach, think critically, and make decisions with confidence and clarity.
* Bonus – NEBOSH Certificate: If you don’t have it, we’ll support you to achieve it.
* The candidate must have working with Unions and Regulators
* Industries: Refinery Oil & Gas Utilities COMAH Petrochemical Chemical manufacturing or Renewables Power
