 
        Contentious Construction Solicitor | 6 PQE | Sevenoaks A highly regarded UK firm is seeking a senior contentious construction lawyer, at the Senior Associate or Legal Director level, to join its growing Sevenoaks office. With a national reputation for construction and engineering work, the team advises on high-value disputes for developers, funders, contractors, and public sector clients across the South East and beyond. What You'll Be Doing Managing complex disputes: Acting for developers, contractors, and funders on high-value and technically challenging construction disputes, including adjudication, arbitration, and High Court litigation. Providing strategic advice: Advising on contract risk management, delay and defect claims, and professional negligence issues under standard form and bespoke contracts (including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC). Collaborating across the business: Working closely with colleagues in property, commercial, and projects teams on multi-disciplinary matters and live development schemes. Supporting team development: Mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to business development initiatives, and helping shape the continued growth of the Sevenoaks construction practice.
