We're now looking for a Regional Learning and Development Specialist to elevate performance and drive positive change across our South East region. This is a unique opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping a culture of excellence in our Specialist Care Division. Your Role As our new L&D Specialist, you'll lead training efforts across the South East, initially focusing on one of our three key sites. You'll thrive in this fast-paced, impactful role if you enjoy problem-solving, collaborating with teams, and delivering innovative, effective learning solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage learning admin, compliance tracking, and reporting to ensure regulatory alignment and training effectiveness. Collaborate with operational leads to identify skill gaps and design impactful learning programmes. Analyse data to guide decisions and present business cases for strategic L&D investments. Leverage digital tools to design and deliver scalable, blended learning solutions. What We're Looking For Proven L&D experience, ideally in the health or social care sector. Strong understanding of CQC standards, quality frameworks, and regulatory compliance. Skilled in data analysis and confident in reporting to support learning impact and ROI. Creative in using digital tools and platforms for learning delivery. Relevant qualifications : Level 3 Health & Social Care Diploma & A1 Assessor Award (or equivalent).
