OUR HOTEL
The Hampton by Hilton, London Gatwick Airport, is located at the North Terminal of London Gatwick Airport, the UK's second-largest airport. The hotel features 194 bedrooms, a restaurant and bar serving up to 500 guests during peak season, an onsite gym, and two meeting rooms accommodating up to 20 delegates each.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER
Here's what you'll be doing:
1. Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service to ensure an enjoyable experience.
2. Accurately take and process food and drink orders, noting any special requests.
3. Serve food and drinks with care, maintaining high presentation standards and timely service.
4. Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas to keep the dining space inviting and organized.
5. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
6. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
7. Maintain hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean and compliant workspace.
8. Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service and support smooth operations.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
* A friendly, professional attitude with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
* Previous food and beverage service experience is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is key.
* Excellent communication skills for confident interaction with guests and colleagues.
* Attention to detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation.
* Team-oriented mindset, ready to support others and ensure smooth service.
