* Sales Experience: A Proven track record in a telephone-based sales role.
* Drive and Enthusiasm: A strong desire to achieve and help others succeed.
* Leadership Potential: No leadership experience? No problem! We\'re looking for someone eager to learn how to develop others.
In this dynamic role, you\'ll initially lead a team of up to three Sales Executives while actively engaging in sales yourself. This hands-on experience is designed for a short period, giving you the chance to hone your leadership skills before transitioning to a purely leadership-focused role as your team grows. It\'s a perfect opportunity to kick start your management career with the excitement of direct sales.
